These caps are produced using a continuous mold process, which efficiently handles blanking, bending, forming, drawing, and other stages in a single operation, enhancing labor productivity. The stamping rate reaches 50-60 pieces per minute. To bolster durability, we apply a nickel plating of 4-6 micrometers, which undergoes a rigorous 10-step process including electroplating pretreatment, cleaning, pickling, activation, nickel plating, and final dehydration to improve corrosion and wear resistance.
