Raw Material:

H65 brass consists of 65% copper and 35% zinc, providing a balance of strength and workability.

Stamping Process:
The manufacturing of the inner cap involves a stamping process. Here are the general steps involved in producing the inner cap:

Raw Material Preparation: Sheets or coils of H65 brass are obtained and prepared for stamping. The material may undergo cleaning, surface treatment, or annealing processes to enhance its workability and cleanliness.

Tooling Design: The design of the stamping die or tooling is prepared, considering the desired shape and dimensions of the inner cap. The tooling includes a punch, which shapes the brass material, and a die, which provides the desired contour and features.

Stamping Operation: The H65 brass material is fed into a stamping press, which houses the stamping die. The press applies pressure to the material using the punch and die, deforming it to form the inner cap shape. The punch may include a hole-forming feature to create the central hole in the cap.

Trimming and Finishing: After the initial stamping operation, excess material or flash is trimmed away to obtain the final shape of the inner cap. Finishing processes such as deburring, cleaning, and polishing may be applied to ensure a smooth surface finish.
