Copper End Cap For Fuse Links

Copper End Cap is a key part for Fuse Links which are mainly used to protect the circuit from overload and short circuit. Our copper cap and blade contact are laser welding together.The focused laser beam has high power density and fast heating speed, which can realize deep penetration welding and high-speed welding. Due to the small heating range of the laser, under the same power and welding thickness, the welding speed is fast, the heat affected zone is small, and the welding stress and deformation are small.

When short circuit or excessive current fault occurs, they can quickly cut off the power supply and protect the safety of lines and electrical facilities (but cannot accurately protect overload). The working principle of the fuse is: when the current passing through the fuse is greater than the specified value, the melt will be melted by the heat generated by itself and the circuit will be broken automatically.
