1. Appearance inspection

(3)X-ray inspection There are two types of X-ray inspection and Y-ray inspection. When the ray passes through the inspected weld Copper Outer Cap, if there is a defect, the attenuation of the ray passing through the defect is small, so the photosensitive film on the back of the weld is stronger. or stripes.

(4)Ultrasonic inspection Ultrasonic inspection uses the principle that ultrasonic energy propagates inside the metal, and the principle of reflection and refraction occurs when encountering the interface of the two media to inspect the internal defects of the weld Copper End Plate.
