Product Introduction
product Features
- High conductivity: EV Fuse Contact Tin Brazing uses high-conductivity materials, usually brass or copper, to ensure good conduction of current and reduce the impact of resistance on the circuit.
- Soldering treatment: The connection is made by the soldering process, which ensures the stability and reliability of the contact while improving the corrosion resistance and prolonging the service life.
- Strong adaptability: EV Fuse Contact Tin Brazing can be customized according to the design requirements and fuse specifications of different electric vehicles, so as to adapt to electric vehicles of different models and specifications.
- Overload Protection: The main function of EV Fuse Contact Tin Brazing is to provide overload protection. When the current in the electric vehicle circuit exceeds the rated value of the fuse, the fuse will disconnect the circuit, prevent excessive current from flowing, and protect the electric vehicle circuit system from overload damage.
- Corrosion resistance: The soldered contact end has good corrosion resistance and can maintain a stable connection in harsh environments.
- Standards Compliance: EV Fuse Contact Tin Brazing generally complies with relevant safety and performance standards, ensuring its reliability and safety in electric vehicles.
Product process
Step 1: Preparations
Before welding, the corresponding materials and equipment need to be prepared. The main preparatory work includes preparing the fuse and the contact end of the electric vehicle circuit system and selecting appropriate welding tools and materials (such as solder wire).
Step 2: Clean and Prepare Contact Ends
Make sure that the contact end parts of the fuse and the electric vehicle circuit system are clean and free from contamination to ensure good solder contact. Use a cleaning agent or alcohol cotton ball to clean the contact end to remove the oxide layer and impurities on the surface.
Step 3: Apply Flux
Flux is an auxiliary welding material that helps to improve the quality of welding. Apply an appropriate amount of flux on the contact end, which helps the tin melt and fill when soldering.
Step 4: Soldering
Use a torch or furnace to heat the contact end portion to a sufficient temperature, usually the melting point of tin (approximately 232°C). A pre-prepared solder wire is applied to the contacts, and the solder wire melts on the heated contacts, filling the gaps in the contacts.
Step 5: Cool and Solidify
After the soldering is completed, let the soldering place cool naturally, and the solder will gradually solidify. During the cooling process, the solder will bond with the metal surface of the contact, forming a solid and reliable solder joint.
Step 6: Check and Test
After the welding is completed, inspect and test the welding point to ensure that the welding quality is good. Check that the solder joints are tight and free of cracks or voids. Perform the necessary electrical tests to verify that the soldered connection is properly conducting current.
quality assurance
We have passed the certification of international quality and environmental management systems, including IATF16949 and ISO9001.
