Comprehensive anti-corrosion protection

The coating evenly covers the inner and outer surfaces of the Sheet metal stamping die, including blind spots such as bending gaps and hole edges formed by stamping, effectively blocking water vapor, salt, and corrosive media from contacting the substrate. Mold design and development: Based on the structure and tolerance requirements of the pivot tray, customized specialized Branding stamp molds are made. Through multi station step-by-step molding, all processes such as cutting, punching, bending, stretching, and trimming are completed. A single molding can obtain complete parts, avoiding dimensional deviations caused by multiple processing steps.

SPCC sheet metal stamping forming: Using high tonnage precision punching machines and specialized molds, plastic deformation of the sheet metal is completed under controlled pressure, with strict control of rebound and forming errors to ensure the flatness, hole position, and critical dimensional tolerances of the Custom steel stamp.

Surface pretreatment and electrophoresis: Sheet metal pressing undergoes pretreatment processes such as degreasing, acid washing, and phosphating to remove surface oil stains and oxide layers. Then, a black coating is uniformly deposited through cathodic electrophoresis process, with the coating thickness controlled at 8-12 μ m. Finally, it is cured at high temperature to form a stable protective layer.

Post processing and full inspection: Parts that have undergone electrophoresis undergo deburring, dimensional re inspection, and salt spray testing to ensure that all products meet the requirements of drawing tolerances, coating thickness, and anti-corrosion performance. Non conforming parts are directly removed to ensure delivery quality.
