Mold design and preparation:

Stamping:

  • At room temperature, the aluminum material is stamped into the prototype of the battery shell in the mold using a punch press.
  • Equipment noise and scrap aluminum scraps may be generated during the stamping process.

Stretching and shearing:

  • Stretch the semi-finished products after stamping to achieve the required size and shape.
  • Use stretching oil for lubrication to reduce friction and improve production efficiency.
  • Shear after stretching to ensure that the finished product meets the specification requirements.

Inspection and packaging:

  • Dimensional inspection of stamped parts and unqualified products needs to be eliminated.
