The entire process (mold making/stretching/welding/electroplating) is independently controllable, relying on the IATF 16949 system to achieve micron-level tolerances and 100% online traceability. Raw Material Pretreatment

High-quality aluminum alloy ingots are selected, cold-headed, and impurities are removed. Spectroscopic testing eliminates substandard raw materials. Solid solution strengthening and aging treatment optimize mechanical properties, ensuring a solid foundation for processing.

Precision Forming

The main body of the cover plate is stamped and CNC machined (accuracy ±0.01mm). Terminals are cold-headed in one piece. Irregularly shaped cover plates are laser-cut and CNC bent, enabling rapid small-batch customization and prototyping for Lithium Battery Top Cap.

Surface Treatment and Welding

Anodizing/electroplating (5-20μm) is used as needed, with automation ensuring coating compliance. Automated assembly (±0.01mm) is compatible with various welding processes, and post-weld X-ray inspection ensures Power Battery Cover Plate quality.
