BUSBAR MATERIAL
The state of material directly affects the performance of busbar.All the raw materials must be inspected strictly in accordance with the "Incoming material Inspection operation Instructions" before storage.
Inspection items for copper belt include: composition, hardness, thickness, width and appearance.
Our warehouse is equipped with a dehumidifier in order to keep moisture-proof, dry and ventilated.Warehouse management regulations require that the temperature and humidity of the warehouse be measured twice a day.
TOOLING FOR BUSABR
We are experienced in mold design and it takes about 25-30 days from mold design to complete .The tooling material for power busbar is imported tungsten steel. Tungsten steel has excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.The life of tungsten steel mold is more than ten times or even dozens of times of steel mold.
