Solderless Cold Press Connection Process

Braided Flexible Busbars can be customized with tin, nickel, or silver plating as needed to enhance oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance, effectively reducing contact resistance. The cyanide-free manufacturing process complies with RoHS and REACH regulations, meeting international environmental export requirements.
Combined with heat-shrink tubing, fluorocarbon coating, and other insulation structures, the protection level reaches up to IP68. Temperature range: -40℃ to 180℃, suitable for harsh conditions such as humidity and salt spray for Flat Copper Braids.
