Copper Laminated Busbar for Motor Controller has features as below：

(1) Meet the electrical performance requirements with appropriate copper bars.

(2) Normal operation , temperature rise, environment and vibration generated by transportation in power supply and electrical products,should not cause abnormal changes in copper bar connection

(3) The influence of thermal expansion and electrochemical corrosion on materials should be considered in structural design.

(4) The connection between the copper bar should ensure that there is enough and lasting contact pressure to meet the requirements of small contact resistance and temperature rise, but should not make the copper bar permanent shape.

TOOLING FOR BUSABR

Tungsten steel has excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.The life of tungsten steel mold is more than ten times or even dozens of times of steel mold.
