Product Introduction

Vacuum lamination core process
This is the core process that ensures the performance of IGBT laminated busbars. After alternately stacking the adhesive insulation film and copper conductor, they are placed in a vacuum hot pressing equipment and pressed together under high temperature, high pressure, and vacuum conditions.

Precision molding process
High-precision CNC stamping and bending equipment is used to ensure the dimensional accuracy and hole position accuracy (tolerance ≤± 0.1mm) of laminated busbars, achieving precise docking with IGBT modules and DC support capacitors, avoiding poor contact caused by installation errors, and ensuring the stability of high current transmission

Full process quality inspection
Each laminated copper busbar undergoes four core tests before leaving the factory: resistance testing, insulation withstand voltage testing, partial discharge testing, and appearance testing. 100% full inspection ensures that product performance meets parameter requirements.

Automated scale production
Adopting automated production lines with a monthly production capacity of 50000000 pieces, it can ensure the supply stability of large-scale IGBT system projects.
