Laminated aluminum busbar is a flexible upgrade of laminated busbar technology, which integrates bendable design into 1060 aluminum alloy substrate to achieve dual advantages of rigid conductivity and flexible adaptation. It is designed specifically for complex spatial layout and vibration environment in medium and high power converter scenarios. The product integrates power distribution, support, and positioning functions into a single component through precision stamping, bending, laminating, and other processes, reducing system-level assembly complexity.

Laminated aluminum busbar adopts the American GTS and German KREMPER brands, white/milky white, temperature resistance of 150 ℃, dielectric strength ≥ 22kV/mm (suitable for high-voltage scenarios).

Laminated 1060 aluminum alloy busbar is mostly selected in orange/green color, with a temperature resistance of 120 ℃, suitable for low-voltage distribution cabinets (cost optimization).
