This product is forged from high-purity oxygen-free copper (T2/TU1) and is specially designed for applications requiring extremely high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Copper outer caps play an indispensable role in power fittings, vacuum devices, heat exchange systems and high-pressure pipeline sealing.

In ammonia refrigeration systems, the copper outer cap is resistant to ammonia corrosion, while the brass or carbon steel head will develop stress corrosion cracking within a few weeks.

Clean gas and high-purity water system
After degreasing treatment, the carbon residue on the surface of the copper outer cap is less than 3 mg/m², which meets the terminal sealing requirements of semiconductor-grade high-purity nitrogen for Copper End Cap Fitting.

As an end cap for a ground rod or bare copper bar, it prevents concrete or backfill soil from directly contacting the copper material and avoids "alkali aggregate corrosion."
