PRODUCT FEATURES
Our assembly of Fog Tin-plated Copper End Caps is brazed by an outer cap and an L-shaped terminal.
1. The caps and contacts are made of copper with 99.9% purity, offering remarkable properties such as high strength, electrical conductivity, fatigue resistance, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
2. Prior to welding, the copper end caps and terminals must be degreased. The end caps are then secured with a rivet and welded. This ensures that the end cap remains firmly attached to the fuse link, even if the fuse link is not damaged. A controlled welding process is in place to guarantee that the temperature and time are stable, preventing any annealing of the outer cap and contact blade.
3. The matte tin plating offers better welding results and higher temperature resistance.

PACKING & SHIPPING
Our tin-plated fuse caps, packaged and delivered, can be stored for up to one year from the date indicated on the packaging label, under the following conditions:
1. Temperature: The ideal temperature range is between -15°C to +30°C, without the presence of condensation.
2. Humidity: The relative humidity should be 85% or less.
3. Avoid Corrosive Gases: The caps should not be exposed to corrosive gases.
4. No Visible Dust: There should be no visible dust in the storage area.
5. Protect from Direct Sunlight: The caps should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
6. Avoid Deformation: No loads should be applied that may cause deformation or degradation of the product.
