Welding Technology

1. Welding strength: when laser welding, two small sections of steel should be welded before welding the case, and tensile machine should be used to test the tensile force when the fracture strength is greater than 800N/mm before welding.

2. All welding parts shall be fully welded, without virtual welding and leakage welding, and polished after welding.Welding spot using ultrasonic cleaning, no rust water residue.

3. Laser welding with weld width greater than 1mm and fusion depth greater than 0.6mm.

4. Manual argon arc welding, stainless steel wire as filler, weld width > 1mm.After welding, grind the weld to bright with Angle mill.

 

 

 

 

Water proof testing：

The High Voltage Film Capacitors can needs to ensure water proof;

1. Use a pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure to the range of 0~0.05Mpa to avoid the case of shell damage or explosion.

2. Plug and press the open part of the shell with silicon rubber sheet to ensure no air leakage.The shell is framed by workers around the shell to ensure that the shell does not bulge up and the size is not bad.

3. open the gas valve, when the barometer reading in 0.04~ 0.05mpa, close the gas valve, record the initial pressure value, so that the inside of the shell pressure.

4. Wait 2 minutes to observe the pressure change: if the pressure change is less than 0.01mpa, the product is judged to be qualified for airtightness; If the pressure change is greater than 0.01mpa, you can use hand sanitizer solution (hand sanitizer: tap water =1:5) to detect air leakage device, and mark the location of air leakage with a red oil marker.

5. Repair welding and surface treatment in the leakage position.

6. After the test, the place with hand sanitizer should be cleaned with alcohol and dried with a clean cotton cloth.
