Appearance of Cans

1,The surface of the case has no rust, black spots, foreign bodies, no deformation, imprint, depression, no obvious scratch, bruise, burr and other defects slag.

2,The welding surface has no pits, cracks, virtual welding, welding, slag, porosity, burr.There is no sharp edge on the weld surface.

3,Cans surface drawing (mesh 240#~320#) treatment, drawing direction is consistent.

4,Fillet R≥1mm at shell weld, side corner of mounting ear and shell mouth, without sharp edge.

5,Shell connecting knife mark polished clean, do not scratch hands.

Riveting Nut & Bolt

The riveting nut (bolt) is made of 304 stainless steel, the gap of the riveting surface is less than 0.05mm.Riveting nut (bolt) need to repair the nut (bolt) cylindrical root welding two points, increase strength.
