Our Lithium Prismatic Cells Aluminum Shell - using trivalent chromium passivation + electrophoretic coating process, with a coating thickness of 5-8μm, and the salt spray test can reach more than 1000 hours, which can effectively resist rain and dust erosion during vehicle driving and avoid shell oxidation and rust. At the same time, the bottom of the shell is designed with a reinforcing rib structure, which increases the extrusion resistance by 30%.
