1. Better heat dissipation effect

Aluminum is much more efficient in heat transfer than iron, and because aluminum is much more ductile, it can be made thinner with the same safety factor, so aluminum shells are much better at cooling than iron shells.

2, Higher structural strength

Aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina on its surface under normal conditions, so the aluminum shell does not rust and has higher structural strength compared to iron due to its malleability.

3, Relatively lighter weight

From a physical point of view, iron is denser than aluminum, so aluminum weighs less than iron for the same volume, and because it doesn't rust and doesn't need to be painted, it's relatively light and easier to install and maintain.

It is suitable for the output filter circuit in photovoltaic inverter,switch power supply,UPS,converter and other kinds of power electronic equipment,as LC filter with the inductance.
