Material Density: The Lithium Battery for Energy Storage cover is made of custom aluminum alloy with a density of 2.7-2.8g/cm³, which is lighter than steel, adapting to module integration requirements, reducing transportation and installation costs, and improving energy utilization efficiency.
Tensile Strength: The aluminum alloy cover has a tensile strength of 150-400MPa, adjustable as needed; ≥300MPa versions are used for high-requirement scenarios for impact resistance, while 150-250MPa versions are used for general scenarios, balancing Lithium-ion Battery Cell performance and cost.
Corrosion Resistance: Verified by neutral salt spray testing, it can withstand hundreds to thousands of hours of salt spray erosion.
