These lithium-ion batteries adopt Prismatic LFP Cells Aluminum Shell (also referred to as lithium iron cell Aluminum shell). The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cell chemistry ensures outstanding safety, with no risk of thermal runaway, and a long cycle life exceeding 1000 cycles, providing stable and reliable energy output for energy storage applications.
Equipped with an Aluminum shell for lithium iron phosphate prismatic cells (or an Aluminum shell for lithium-ion prismatic cells), the batteries gain robust mechanical protection. The aluminum shell can withstand impacts and vibrations during transportation and use, effectively safeguarding the internal cells. Moreover, it has good thermal conductivity, aiding in heat dissipation to maintain optimal battery performance.
With a nominal capacity of 280Ah (and 314Ah for specific models), a nominal energy of 896Wh, and a mass energy density of ≥165Wh/kg, these Lithium power cell, Aluminum shell units offer high-capacity energy storage. They can store a large amount of electrical energy, meeting the needs of various new energy application scenarios.
These batteries can operate within a wide temperature range. The charge temperature ranges from 0°C to 60°C, and the discharge temperature ranges from - 30°C to 60°C. The recommended storage temperature is - 20°C to 45°C. This wide range makes them suitable for diverse environmental conditions, whether in cold winter or hot summer.
The self-discharge rate of these batteries is low, only 3% per month. This means they can maintain their charge for a long time when not in use, reducing the frequency of recharging. At the same time, they have high reliability, with a maximum continuous charge ratio and maximum sustained discharge rate of 1.0P, ensuring stable operation during charging and discharging.
These batteries comply with RoHS, REACH, and Battery Command standards, as well as the GB/T 36276 product certification. This ensures that they are environmentally friendly and safe to use, meeting the strict requirements of the new energy industry.
