Product Introduction

The odf cabinet is not a single-function wiring device, but a composite infrastructure that integrates optical fiber physical layer management and power distribution systems. It integrates the terminal, splicing, storage, and dispatching functions of optical fiber with the overload protection, power distribution, and environmental monitoring functions of the power distribution unit in the same cabinet, realizing the collaborative management of the "optical-electrical-environment" trinity.

Optical cable introduction hole
It adopts an openable rubber ring design to support the sealed introduction of optical cables of different diameters without cutting and reassembly. The front door of the cabinet is available with a tempered glass window or an all-metal door panel. The window is convenient for observing the jumper connection status during daily inspections, and the port occupancy check can be completed without opening the door.

Grounding bar design
The cross-sectional area of the copper grounding bar is ≥50mm², and the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω, meeting the communication industry standards. The optical cable fixation is equipped with a double reinforcement core clamping device and a grounding copper bar, which can fix multiple optical cables of different diameters at the same time for climate controlled network cabinet.

Wire trough system
Independent fiber optic wire troughs and power wire troughs are set up internally to achieve physical isolation of strong and weak electricity. The adapter panel is installed at an angle, so that the front end of the connector is slightly upward after insertion, allowing the operator to directly observe the port label, while reducing the bending angle of the fiber jumper when it naturally droops for the control cabinet air conditioner.

Door lock system
Standard three-point locking mechanism, optional electronic lock or IC card lock to meet the needs of different security levels. There are multiple cable binding beams and cable management rings reserved on the side wall of the cabinet, which are suitable for the two construction methods of using nylon cable ties or Velcro cable ties. The engineer does not need to add additional cable management accessories for control panel ac unit.

Design advantages
Hierarchical functional partitions
From top to bottom, there are optical cable introduction fixed area, optical fiber splicing area, adapter wiring area and remaining fiber storage area. Each area is isolated by partitions and wire holes to avoid cross-area interference during construction or maintenance.
Rotating or pull-out patch panel
Some models support the patch panel to rotate forward 30° or pull out the guide rail for operation, making pigtail management on the back more convenient and reducing the risk of accidentally damaging other optical fibers due to extending the arm too deep into the cabinet.
Tool-free optical fiber management buckles
Flexible optical fiber management buckles are pre-installed in the vertical cabling channels on both sides and back of the cabinet. Operators can snap fiber jumpers or pigtails one by one to achieve neat arrangement without the need for cable ties.
Identification and recording system
Each adapter port, each fusion tube and each jumper fiber entry and exit position are equipped with replaceable label slots. Together with the port record sheet that comes with the cabinet, it facilitates digital ledger entry in the later stages of the project.
