Base material selection

We refuse to use cheap recycled plates, and all power distribution cabinets use high-quality cold-rolled steel plates or hot-dip galvanized steel plates. Cold-rolled steel plates have excellent ductility and strength and are suitable for precision processing; hot-dip galvanized steel plates are inherently excellent in corrosion resistance. 

 
 

Laser cutting and CNC bending

Relying on high-precision laser cutting technology, we control the processing error within ±0.1mm to ensure that the cabinets are perfectly spliced ​​and eliminate dust intrusion caused by excessive gaps. With the CNC bending process, whether it is a right-angle structure or arc chamfering, it can be formed in one go.

 
 

Double protective coating technology

This is one of our core process advantages. Different from ordinary simple spray painting, we use a double-layer electrostatic spraying process. The primer layer is anti-rust, and the topcoat layer has strong UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance for MCC cabinets electrical.

 
 

Precision welding and grinding
