Installation operation specifications

 


The installation of Industrial control cabinet must follow strict specifications. The cabinet should be made of non combustible materials and the corresponding protection level should be selected according to the working environment. Closed distribution cabinets should be installed in places with high risk of electric shock and harsh working environments. In hazardous areas with conductive dust or flammable and explosive gases, enclosed or explosion-proof facilities must be used. During installation, the cabinet should be arranged neatly and securely fixed. The bottom of the floor standing cabinet should be 5 to 10 millimeters above the ground, and the center height of the operating handle should be controlled at 1.2 to 1.5 meters.

 

There should be no obstacles within 0.8 to 1.2 meters in front of the Cabinet climate control. The protective grounding wire should be reliably connected and there should be no exposed live parts. During operation, it is necessary to ensure good contact between electrical components and circuits to avoid severe heating or burning. The cabinet door lock should be kept by a dedicated person and regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.

According to the requirements, automatic transfer switch, lightning protection, uninterruptible power supply maintenance switch and other functions can also be selected, suitable for high-end application scenarios such as data centers.

 

The operation of the distribution cabinet must strictly follow the regulations, including standard procedures for starting the generator set, closing the transmission switch, parallel operation, shutdown, and switching shore power. It is strictly prohibited for unrelated personnel to operate the switch. During the operation, the operator must remain focused to prevent accidents from occurring. In addition, the secondary wiring of the Fibre distribution cabinet should be strictly constructed according to the drawings, with clear standards for selecting wire cross-sections to ensure correct and neat wiring. The secondary winding of the current transformer shall not be open circuited, and the secondary side of the voltage transformer shall not be short circuited.
