In order to obtain the cleaning effect of the battery aluminum shell, the original liquid and water are generally mixed into a concentration of 3%~10% cleaning fluid, heated to 30~50℃ spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 3~10 minutes, and the manual cleaning detergent concentration is relatively high.
3. Cleaning temperature: Cleaning at room temperature, high temperature, good cleaning effect.
4. Cleaning method: Soak the  shell to be cleaned in the cleaning solution, scrub, scrub, soak according to the situation, and use mechanical spraying and ultrasonic cleaning, with a pressure greater than 0.5kg/cm2.

 

Battery aluminum shell cleaning method
According to the amount of dirty oil in the power battery shell, mix the product stock solution with clean water (tap water or well water) into a 2-6% cleaning solution. Soak the aluminum battery shell in the prepared cleaning solution for 3-5 minutes. Take out the immersed  shell from the cleaning solution and thoroughly clean the battery aluminum shell with clean water. The cleaning solution can be used repeatedly.
