1. Product introduction.

2. Installation instructions.
(1) Confirm the specifications and models.

(3) Disconnect the power supply.

(4) Installation steps.
Remove the old customized ceramic tube body: If you are replacing an old product, first remove the original ceramic body, taking care not to damage the electrical connection points.

Install the new ceramic body: Install the new product correctly to the predetermined location and ensure that it is firmly fixed. According to the requirements of the circuit, ensure that the electrical connections at both ends of the ceramic body are correct and the wiring terminals are tightened in place.

3. Precautions for use.
(1) Load adaptability.

(2) Regular inspection.
Regularly check the working condition and appearance of the product to ensure that it has not cracked, burned, etc. due to long-term use. If damage is found, it needs to be replaced in time.


(3) Environmental requirements.
The ceramic fuse body should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature and avoid being damaged by high temperature, humidity and corrosive gas. The ideal operating environment temperature is -25℃ to +85℃.


(4) Avoid excessive vibration.
Avoid installing the product in an environment that is prone to vibration or impact to reduce the risk of ceramic body cracking.


(5) Comply with safety regulations.

4. Troubleshooting.
(1) Frequent fuse blowing.
Check whether the circuit is overloaded or short-circuited, and confirm whether the current exceeds the rated value of the fuse. If frequent blowing occurs under normal operating conditions, please consider replacing the fuse with a higher rated current.


(2) Fuse does not blow.
If the fuse does not blow under current overload, it may be that the fuse specifications do not match or the ceramic body is damaged. Please check whether the product meets the current requirements and replace the new ceramic body.

 

5. Maintenance and care.
The maintenance of the ceramic fuse body mainly depends on regular inspection and timely replacement. Ensure that there is no abnormal current in the circuit to extend the service life of the fuse.
