Production process
Pre-treatment
Copper bars are degreased, shot-blasted, and pre-heated to 80 °C to remove oxides and create a micro-rough surface for optimal adhesion of the epoxy layer.

Electrostatic Epoxy Spray
A negative corona charges the powder particles; the grounded copper bar attracts them, forming a uniform 0.3–1.2 mm coating. This step is identical for Epoxy Spray Copper Bus Bar and Epoxy Spray Copper Battery Bus Bar lines.

Curing Oven
Parts travel through a 200 °C, 10-minute infrared tunnel, cross-linking the resin into a dense, pin-hole-free dielectric layer ≥30 kV/mm.

Precision Bending & Final Bake
CNC-controlled mandrels create Epoxy Powder Insulated Bending Copper Busbar shapes; a 15-minute post-bake eliminates internal stress and locks in dimensional tolerance ±0.1 mm.

100 % Electrical Test
Each Busbar Insulating Coating Powder withstands 5 kV AC for 60 s; partial discharge <10 pC at 1.5 kV confirms void-free insulation.

Standard Configuration
1. Conductor: High-conductivity Cu, cross-sections 10 × 2 mm to 120 × 12 mm.
2. Coating Thickness: 0.4 mm ± 0.05 mm standard; custom 0.7 mm for marine environments.
3. Dielectric Strength: ≥30 kV/mm.
4. Mechanical End Prep: Drilled, tapped, or welded studs; nickel-plated contact zones maintain <0.05 mΩ resistance after 500 mating cycles.
