Flat braided shunt is a professional electrical component made by precision weaving and pressing multiple strands of high-purity electrolytic copper wire into a flat shape. Unlike traditional splitters that use solid manganese copper or constantan, braided splitters utilize the low resistance and high stability of the braided structure to achieve current sampling, balanced distribution, or bypass protection functions in high current circuits, while maintaining installation flexibility.

Flat braided shunt's multi strand fine copper wire is woven into a set density (80% -95%) to ensure the uniformity of the resistance value of the woven section.

The weaving section is pressed into a flat shape through a mold, reducing the height to adapt to compact space while ensuring cross-sectional consistency.

Braided copper wire adopts the "flat warp and weft interweaving+shunt weaving" process, weaving fine copper wire into a thin mesh structure (thickness 2-15mm), forming a "low profile flexible conductive path".
