Definition and Structure
The laminated busbar is a multi-layer composite structure connecting bar, which is composed of multiple layers of conductive materials (usually copper or aluminum) and insulating materials alternately stacked. This structure is similar to the highway of the distribution system, which can efficiently transmit electrical energy and reduce energy loss. According to different application requirements, the structural design of the laminated copper busbar can be optimized, such as adjusting the thickness, shape and position of the conductor and insulation layer. Common structural types include hot pressing edge sealing, hot pressing without edge sealing and hot pressing potting.

Manufacturing process
1.Material selection and processing
Select suitable conductive materials (such as T2 copper or 1060 aluminum) and insulating materials (such as polyimide film) and pre-treat the bus bar for power electronics bunding solutions.
2.Layer combination
Conductive materials and insulating materials are alternately stacked according to design requirements to form a multi-layer structure.
3.Hot pressing molding
The laminated materials are combined together through the hot pressing process to form a laminated bus bar. Parameters such as temperature, pressure and time need to be precisely controlled during the hot pressing process.
4.Surface treatment
The formed laminated copper bar is subjected to surface treatment, such as passivation, tin plating, nickel plating, etc., to improve its corrosion resistance and conductivity.
5.Quality inspection
Strict appearance and electrical performance inspection of finished laminated copper busbar, including parameters such as insulation resistance, partial discharge and temperature rise.
