After ultrasonic cleaning to ensure surface cleanliness, the surface is plated with silver, tin, or nickel, depending on the application. Silver plating significantly improves conductivity and corrosion resistance, tin plating enhances conductivity and solderability, and nickel plating improves corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Plating thickness typically ranges from 3μm to 12μm and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements and diverse application scenarios.

 

Insulation performance is critical to the safe operation of Laminated Flexible BusBars, and a wide range of insulation options is available. PET insulation paper is sourced from renowned brands such as GTS in the US and KREMPEL in Germany, and is available in white or off-white. Orange and green are the most popular colors for PVC impregnation, while orange, green, and gray are common options for epoxy powder coating. PE heat shrink tubing is available in a variety of colors, including orange, green, black, red, and yellow. PA66 plastic casings are mostly available in white and gray. All insulation options meet UL94-V-0 flame retardancy/fire resistance standards and can be customized to meet customer needs, ensuring insulation reliability in diverse environments.

 

The Laminated Bus Bar for Telecoms offers excellent performance and stable operation over a wide temperature range of -45°C to +150°C. They feature a resistance of ≤0.00001Ω, a load voltage range of 3500VDC to 5000VDC, and a load current range of 100A to 2000A, fully meeting the needs of diverse power systems.
